Gameday Preview: Notre Dame
The Red & Black’s 16-page double issue offers two sections: A for local news, culture, and opinion pieces and B exclusively for sports.
As Assistant Art Director (and the bigger Georgia football fan), I led the planning and production of the B section and provided support for the A section.
The B section served as the issue’s cover, folded in half in the boxes where they were available. The area above the fold had to be eye-catching enough to beg a fan to take one.

My time working at UGA’s special collections library had me spend a lot of time with decades-old—sometimes century-old—programs, tickets, and other print material in the Athletic Association’s archives.
